Local Presence is mandatory for the Norwegian .NO domain
Only Norwegian citizens & organizations based in Norway, are allowed to register .NO domain names. Every citizen is allowed to register up to five .NO domains, and every company (organization) is allowed to register up to 100 .NO domains.
The Norwegian public Registry is called NORID (Norwegian ID), and this state official organization has a number of registrars (like Active data Norge / Local Presence .NO).
